Estefanía holds a degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Digital Marketing, and is currently pursuing her second degree as a Soccer Technical Director, combining her passion for sports with her vocation for leadership.

She is the founder of “Jugando Juntas,” a social project that seeks to empower girls and adolescents in vulnerable situations through soccer, promoting values, teamwork, and self-confidence.

In addition, Estefanía actively volunteers for various institutions, including the Children’s Hospital, local shelters, and other charitable initiatives. She is part of Volunteer 360, an organization with which she regularly collaborates in Santa Cruz.
