Ladi Britney, 24, is a beauty queen, professional model, and entrepreneur from Cameroon. Inspired by her mother from a young age, she developed various practical skills, including sewing, hairstyling, nail care, and pastry making, which fueled her passion for entrepreneurship.

A graduate in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Bamenda, she currently manages two successful food-related businesses while working in the logistics sector.

Passionate about empowerment, Ladi is dedicated to creating opportunities for young people through skills training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship support. Through pageantry, she found a platform to amplify this mission.

Now representing Cameroon at Miss Charm, Ladi aims to bring her advocacy to the international stage, inspiring communities to transform ideas into income, challenges into strength, and dreams into reality. She believes that when one person is empowered, entire communities- and ultimately the world- can thrive.
